Fantasy of June

Fantasy of June is an invitation to be inspired by the colours and scents of the blossoming summer. In this course we will learn how to transform seasonal ingredients into refined, fresh and tasteful dishes. A journey through Mediterranean flavours, novel combinations and creative presentations to surprise guests and pamper the senses. Tonight's menu includes:

Phillo pasta baskets, light caponatina, basil ricotta and sesame seeds
Risotto with courgette flowers, turmeric and roe
Veal escalope with lime, spring onions and almonds

What to bring? Lots of curiosity.

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
