Dreaming about the sea

This cooking class is a unique gastronomic experience to discover the flavors and culinary traditions of Mediterranean cuisine, inspired by the sea and its treasures. During the class, you will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare fresh and tasty dishes based on fish, seafood and typical ingredients of our coasts. An unmissable opportunity for lovers of cooking and the sea who want to discover new flavors and bring high-quality seafood dishes to the table, easy to reproduce! Tonight's menu includes:

Scallops, horseradish and celeriac
Tagliolini with lemon, pink shrimp and lime
Amberjack, its stock and buttered vegetables

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
