Let's risotto!

Ready to stir, cream, and... taste?
In this cooking class, we’ll learn all the secrets to mastering the king of Italian cuisine: risotto! From the most classic version to more creative and colorful ones with vegetables and cheese, our chef Ioanna will guide us step by step through ladles, laughter, and lots of flavor. Tonight's menu includes:

White risotto with champagne and Parmesan cheese
Green risotto with asparagus and matcha tea
Pink risotto with beets and cheese cream

What to bring ? Lots of curiosity.

Participants are asked to arrive fifteen minutes early so that we can start the lessons on time.

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
