This cooking class is a journey through the culinary tradition of Argentina, famous throughout the world for its high-quality meats and the art of barbecue, known as asado. This Sunday you will have the opportunity to discover the secrets of one of the most appreciated cuisines, learning to prepare delicious cuts of Argentine meat using the grill. The class will end with a fantastic tasting of the dishes prepared, which will take place on our wonderful outdoor terrace! Today's menu includes:
