From the sea to the pan

Have you always dreamed of cooking fish without fear and without sinking into stress? Then this is the class for you! Under the expert guidance of our chef Emmanuel, we'll learn how to make the most of fish and seafood, preparing fresh, flavorful, and refined dishes — perfect for winning over even the most demanding guests (and the pickiest palates)! Tonight's menu includes:

 

  • Tuna tartare with chives and lemon
  • Spaghetti alla chitarra with red shrimp from Mazzara del Vallo and its bisque
  • Sea bass fillet with white wine sauce and wild herbs

 

What to bring ? Lots of curiosity.

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
