During this new cooking class, Arturo Dori will teach us 3 fish carpaccio recipes. Then you'll be able to serve at home delicious starters, an original main dish or even an extravagant and fresh meal for your lunch breaks...
- Prawns carpaccio with cucumber, nori seaweed and sesam oil
- Seabass carpaccio with coconut milk, lime and Tropea onions
- Octopus carpaccio with sundried tomatoes, cappers, oregano and lemon oil

Students are asked to arrive fifteen minutes early so that we can start the lessons on time. Courses will start at 8pm sharp.
We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants.
The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too
