With the summer season we want to try some new ideas, chef Maria will introduce us to discover some new delicious recipes both to the taste and to the sight!
- Veal rolls with lard and Brie cheese and Vermentino sauce
- Eggplant rolls, provola cheese, dried tomatoes and oregano
- Zucchini flower rolls stuffed with ricotta cheese and lime

Students are asked to arrive fifteen minutes early so that we can start the lessons on time. Courses will start at 6pm sharp.
The maximum number of partecipants is reduced to 5 people, following the Covid-19 restrictions.
We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
