PIZZA NIGHT

Ready for a mouthwatering journey into the world of pizza, from the most rustic traditions to the most creative versions? During this class, we will get our hands in the dough to discover techniques, dough recipes, and secrets for making pizzas with different textures and baking methods, finishing with the famous sweet Tuscan schiacciata with grapes. A menu designed for pizza lovers who want to discover new recipes to recreate at home for a fun evening with friends! Tonight, our chef Giuseppe presents:

Roman-style pan pizza with Parma ham and figs
Fried pizza with ricotta, provola cheese, and salami
Pan-baked pizza with tomato, mozzarella, anchovies, and oregano
Tuscan flatbread with grapes
