Back by popular demand is our class dedicated to the world of finger food, where every bite is an explosion of flavors, textures, and colors! During the class, we will learn how to create little masterpieces perfect for aperitifs or parties, sure to amaze your friends and family.
The golden rule: tasting is mandatory, a willingness to get involved is a must, and smiles are guaranteed!
Tonight, our Chef Giuseppe presents:

 

    • Chickpea and sun-dried tomato hummus with toasted pine nuts
    • Mini cheesecake, cream cheese and sweet and sour onion
    • Eggplant bites and black garlic eggplant 
    • Savory shortcrust tartlets, mortadella mousse and pistachio crumble
    • Corn tartlets, robiola mousse, chives and chopped hazelnuts

 

What to bring? Lots of curiosity.

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
