Tonight’s menu includes:

 

  • Sweet-and-sour albacore tuna, chicory, and hazelnuts
  • Grouper fillet, Jerusalem artichoke, and garlic mayonnaise
  • Sardine sandwich
  • Zabaglione with cat’s tongue cookies

 

What to bring? Lots of curiosity.

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
