Meatballs from the world

A culinary journey between the East and the Mediterranean to discover how a simple and versatile dish like meatballs can tell different stories and traditions. Starting from three international interpretations, we will learn how to enhance ingredients, spices and cooking techniques to turn meatballs into the stars of authentic and surprising flavours. An ideal course for those who want to experiment, have fun, and bring to the table delicious meatballs from around the world!

Tonight our chef Irene will present:

Moroccan kefta meatballs braised with prunes and almonds, served with herb couscous
Indian seasonal vegetable pakoras with green chutney
Japanese chicken tsukune with smashed cucumbers
