Get ready to explore the world of finger food, where every bite is an explosion of flavors, textures, and colors! During the course, we’ll learn how to create small masterpieces, perfect for aperitifs or parties, sure to impress friends and family.
Golden rule: tasting is mandatory, things might get a little messy, but smiles are guaranteed!

Tonight, our chef Giuseppe presents:

 

    • Corn tartlet with whipped cod and sweet-and-sour onions
    • Savory shortcrust tartlet with ricotta mousse and caramelized figs
    • Chianina beef meatballs with black garlic sauce
    • Savory cream puffs with robiola mousse and seasonal herbs
    • Mini cannoli with asparagus cream and walnuts
    • Zolfino bean cream with turnips and rosemary

 

What to bring? Lots of curiosity.
