Tonight, our chef Emmanuel presents:

 

  • Confit artichokes, smoked potato cream, and herb chimichurri
  • Pumpkin and amaretti ravioloni, brown butter, sage, and jamón powder
  • Argentinian beef asado marinated, with lemon potato purée
  • Dulce de leche flan, salted caramel, and Maldon salt
