Are you ready for an exclusive experience that combines a cooking class with a guided tasting of Italy’s great red wines? During the lesson, you will be guided step by step through the preparation of a menu designed to highlight some of the most iconic wines of our country. Each dish is carefully crafted to harmonize with its paired wine, enhancing its structure, aromas, and complexity. Not just a hands-on cooking session, but a true sensory journey where food and wine come together to tell the story of Italian excellence.

This evening, our chef-sommelier Francesco presents:

 

WINES FOR TASTING:

    • Brunello di Montalcino Serene 2018
    • Amarone della Valpolicella Domini Veneti 2015
    • Barolo Brezze 2016

 

PAIRED DISHES:

    • Milk bread rings with salami mousse & potato flan with prosciutto and Pecorino di Fossa cheese
    • Amarone risotto, creamed with butter and Parmigiano Reggiano, finished with truffle
    • Slow-braised beef cheek on a delicate potato cream

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
