A journey into the heart of the French breakfast, filled with the aromas of butter, freshly baked pastries, and Parisian tradition.
In this class dedicated to the great classics of the petit déjeuner, we will learn how to make croissants, pains au chocolat, chaussons aux pommes, and delicate sablés, just like in the finest Parisian boulangeries. Accompanying us on this journey will be a chef who has lived and worked in Paris for many years, ready to share techniques and secrets of an authentic French breakfast.

Today’s menu includes:

 

  • Croissants and pains au chocolat
  • French apple turnovers (chaussons aux pommes)
  • Buttery shortbread cookies (sablés) 

 

What to bring? Lots of curiosity.

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
