Casentino   Flavors   –   Part   II

On the occasion of Fuori di Taste and the Ortobello market, which will take place in our courtyard, we present Part II of the cooking class dedicated to the authentic flavors of the Casentino. A new opportunity to continue the journey into the most genuine Tuscan cuisine, rooted in rural traditions and outstanding local ingredients. During the class, we will prepare ancient recipes and convivial dishes that tell the story of the land, its producers, and a cuisine shaped by seasonality, memory, and authentic flavor.

This afternoon’s menu includes:

 

  • Minestra di fagioli con l’occhio – Vegetables from Azienda Agricola degli Abeti 
  • Acquacotta casentinese – Vegetables from Azienda Agricola degli Abeti, Eggs from Agriturismo La Casetta delle Erbe
  • Castagnaccio con ricotta – Flours from Azienda Agricola Falterona, Ricotta from Società Agricola Cervoli

 

What to bring? Lots of curiosity.

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
