The Winter Sea

This cooking class is dedicated to the flavors of the sea, reinterpreted with a winter twist, where tradition and creativity come together in elegant and comforting dishes. During the class, we will prepare a complete menu that highlights fish through refined techniques and seasonal pairings.

In a few words? A class for those who love to cook, experiment, and share the pleasure of being together… even in winter.

Tonight’s menu includes:

Creamed t cod with Taggiasca olives and corn chips
Radicchio risotto with scampi
Sea bass fillet with artichokes and citrus reduction

What to bring? Lots of curiosity.

Participants are asked to arrive fifteen minutes early so that we can start the lessons on time.

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
