A journey through the aromas and flavors of the sea, perfect for those who want to learn how to bring out the best in fish using simple yet effective techniques — ideal for creating dishes full of taste and personality.

Tonight, our chef Emmanuel presents:

 

    • Fried anchovies with black garlic mayo and lemon zest
    • Seared amberjack with seasonal vegetables sautéed in butter and thyme
    • Fresh fruit tart with pastry cream

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
