This cooking class offers a unique culinary experience that embraces Italy from north to south in a single menu: a first course from Piedmont, a traditional main dish from Abruzzo, and a classic dessert from Sicily. A true culinary journey celebrating the richness of regional Italian cuisine, featuring iconic dishes and typical ingredients from each area.  Tonight’s menu includes: 

 

    • Lamb agnolotti del plin from Piedmont with its own jus
    • Pallotte cacio e ova from Abruzzo, prepared in two variations
    • Sicilian cannoli

 

What to bring? Lots of curiosity.

Participants are asked to arrive fifteen minutes early so that we can start the lessons on time.

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
