A plate of fresh pasta is a must on our tables—but how can we make it feel new and surprising for our guests every time? In this course, our chef Maria Valiani will guide you step by step through the preparation of colorful fresh pasta, using vibrant and unexpected doughs. Tonight's menu includes: 

 

  • Turmeric-yellow pappardelle on a pecorino cream with breadcrumbs and lemon zest
  • Pink pici with breadcrumbs and Roquefort cheese
  • Colorful single-serve flower ravioli filled with eggplant and walnuts

 

What you need? Lots of curiosity.

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
