Together, we’ll discover authentic flavors, local ingredients, and dishes rich in history – all reimagined in a contemporary, vegan way.

  • Baked chickpea and carrot balls with mushrooms
  • Cashew cheese with wild herbs

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
