Yellow as the sun

Summer has finally blossomed! The sun shines high in the sky, filling our days with its golden energy... and we're celebrating it in the tastiest way: with a cooking class entirely dedicated to the color yellow, crafted by our chef Maria! Discover bright, vibrant, and irresistible recipes—just like this season. Tonight’s menu includes:

Handmade turmeric pappardelle with flowers, hazelnuts, and ricotta
Chicken bites with curry, sesame, and lime
Caramelized pears with mascarpone cream and blonde orange

What to bring? Lots of curiosity.

Participants are asked to arrive fifteen minutes early so that we can start the lessons on time.

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number of participants. The class will be held in Italian, although the Chef speaks english too.
