In this lesson you will learn how to make tasty and beautiful fish finger food to have the perfect appetizers!
The Chef Enrica Della Martira will teach uo these recipe:
Fish tartare with centrifuge tomato, lime and carasau bread
Grilled scallop on peach cream and cucumber and basil salad
Green peas cream with low temperature cooked squid
Prawns and pink grapefruit stick on a cheese sauce

Students are asked to arrive fifteen minutes early so that we can start the lessons on time.
Courses will start at 8pm sharp.
