Rice

type: Cooking Class

At the chef’s discretion, these lessons include shopping in neighborhood stores and nearby outdoor markets to learn how to recognize and select quality ingredients.

During the lesson we will learn the following recipes:

Steamed basmati and wild rice with vegetables
Risotto with eggplant, cherry tomatoes, oregano and mozzarella
Baked rice pudding (without flour)

Morning courses are divided into the following categories:
Exclusive, Individual or Small Group Lessons (maximum 4 students):
these hands-on lessons allow for direct interaction with the chef – and the stove – throughout the lesson.
Group lessons (from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 students):
these lessons, based on the concept of an "interactive cooking show", offer students an opportunity to see and to get a feel for what goes into the preparation of delicious dishes.

Prices are per person.

Students should arrive 15 minutes earlier in order to start the lesson on time.
Courses will start at 10.00 am and finish at 2.30pm/3.00pm according to the recepis chosen for the lesson.
