At the chef’s discretion, these lessons include shopping in neighborhood stores and nearby outdoor markets to learn how to recognize and select quality ingredients.
During the lesson we will learn the following recipes:
Fresh taglioni with zucchini and basil sauce and sautéed calamari
Sea bass fillet wrapped in eggplant over a yellow bell pepper and basil
Cantucci
This special course will teach you how to make home made fresh pasta, how to learn to clean fish and vegetables and pastry basics
Our morning classes are based on the concept of an "interactive cooking show", offer students an opportunity to see and to get a feel for what goes into the preparation of delicious dishes.
Prices are per person.
Students should arrive 15 minutes earlier in order to start the lesson on time.
Courses will start at 10.00 am and finish at 2.30pm/3.00pm according to the recepis chosen for the lesson.
