type: Cooking Class

For all those who love  these deliciuous Rising Sun dishes, Chef Arturo Dori will take a lesson  divided in two parts:

a first theoretical part where he will theach how to choose and cook the rise and how to choose and slice the fish.

A second  practical part  where we will learn how to prepare delicious:

• Maki
• Nighiri
• Sashimi

What you need? Curiosity to learn!

Students are asked to arrive fifteen minutes early so that we can start the lessons on time.

Courses will start at 8pm sharp.

We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number
of participants.
