Have a taste of a real tuscan holiday dinner!
At the chef’s discretion, these lessons include shopping in neighborhood stores and nearby outdoor markets to learn how to recognize and select quality ingredients.
During the lesson you will learn the following recipes:
Ravioli filled with cotechino with rosemary flavoured lentils
Chestnut stuffed guinea-fowl
Caramelized baby onions
Pandoro cake with pastry cream and caramellized almonds
Morning courses are divided into the following categories:
Exclusive, Individual or Small Group Lessons (maximum 4 students):
hese hands-on lessons allow for direct interaction with the chef – and the stove – throughout the lesson.
Group lessons (from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 students):
these lessons, based on the concept of an "interactive cooking show", offer students an opportunity to see and to get a feel for what goes into the preparation of delicious dishes.
Prices are per person.
Courses will start at 10.00 am and finish at 2.30pm/3.00pm according to the recipes chosen for the lesson.
