This course covers the essentials of baking, the basic creams and types of dough.
The second part of the course presents three recipes to learn Chef Arturo Dori’s secrets and techniques:
Short pastry
Pie crust pastry
Cream puff pastry
Fruit and custard short pastry tarts
Tarte Tatin (caramelized apple tart)
Cream puffs

Curiosity to learn
Students are asked to arrive fifteen minutes early so that we can start the lessons on time.
Courses will start at 8pm sharp.
We regret that the courses cannot be held without the minimum number
of participants.
