Luisanna picks up on the great, traditional "home food" that decreed the success of Italian cooking around the world. And she keeps her eye focused on seasonality and a thrifty budget.

At the end of the lesson Buon Appetito! - time to gather round the table and enjoy your progress in good company and with a good glass of wine.

At the chef’s discretion, these lessons include shopping in neighborhood stores and nearby outdoor markets to learn how to recognize and select quality ingredients.

 

Morning courses are divided into the following categories:
Exclusive, Individual or Small Group Lessons (maximum 4 students):
these hands-on lessons allow for direct interaction with the chef – and the stove – throughout the lesson.
Group lessons (from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 students):
these lessons, based on the concept of an "interactive cooking show", offer students an opportunity to see and to get a feel for what goes into the preparation of delicious dishes.

 

Prices are per person.

 

Students are asked to arrive fifteen minutes early so that we can start the lessons on time.
Courses will start at 10.00 am and finish at 2.30pm/3.00pm according to the recepis chosen for the lesson.
