Vegan cuisine has strict rules that don't include meet and animal tissue products.
It may seem difficult to prepare an interesting meal when you have certains limits in the ingredients to use, but during this lesson Chef Arturo Dori will teach you how prepare a fantastic meal that will surprise your guests.
Chef Arturo Dori will also share with you his secrets and techniques:
Crisp zucchini, potatoes and ginger mayonnaise
Quinoa with candied red Tropea onions, green beans and gomashio
Vegetable and coriander empanadas
Mayonnaise without eggs
Morning courses are divided into the following categories:
Exclusive, Individual or Small Group Lessons (maximum 4 students):
these hands-on lessons allow for direct interaction with the chef – and the stove – throughout the lesson.
Group lessons (from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 students):
these lessons, based on the concept of an "interactive cooking show", offer students an opportunity to see and to get a feel for what goes into the preparation of delicious dishes.
Students are asked to arrive fifteen minutes early so that we can start the lessons on time.
Courses will start at 10.00 am and finish at 2.30pm/3.00pm according to the recepis chosen for the lesson.
